Background: Mercy
is a Tucson, Arizona native, who first visited Puerto
Peñasco in the early 1950's. Mercy grew up in Latin
America. Her father,
a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, was stationed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and
in Guadalajara, Mexico. Mercy met her architect husband, Sergio
Dueñas, in Guadalajara.
She has two daughters, Vanessa and Marcela. Mercy is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and
she has more than 25 years of experience doing business in Mexico. Mercy
has 10 years of experience in Mexican real estate.
Although moving from Guadalajara, a city of 6,000,000 people, to Rocky Point, a city of 50,000 inhabitants, will be very different
for Mercy, she looks forward to helping clients find the perfect home or investment.
